As CTO of Tech Zest it is my job to automate anything possible to keep our costs down and deliver a superb customer experience. Tech Zest performs the role of technology strategist and general IT contractor for online presence related activities for small businesses ( < $20M). I'm sure this will incorporate my RIA ( Rich Internet Application) / AJAX / Hibernate / Spring experience. Upgrading the web experience to mimic the desktop is the next wave in web application development. Mobile, with the same AJAX whiz bang, is close on its heels. Clients demand usuable web applications.

E-Learning is a vital part of our Tech Zest offerings. I'm eager to combine my software development past with this new frontier of E-Learning. Earning a Master's degree at SPSU in ID is a part of this strategy. Never one to be patient, I authored a course on Javascript/Prototype last year for KSU continuing education.

Zo-Be Enterprises continues to partner with consillium1 to offer dynamic Object Relational Mapping ( JPA / Hibernate ) , Java, and Spring framework workshops. We work together to create custom experiences that address more than the technical needs of the software development team: igniting a sense of ownership, enhancing debugging and problem solving skills, and facilitating architectural discussions.

I have successfully led or mentored teams through their architecture migrations over the last 20 years. Mainframe to client/server to Web 1.0 to Web 2.0. Roles of software developer have polarized into widely varying skill sets.. I help teams bridge the gap between them.
