Carol Raffo performs consulting work and deals with teens and families in crisis. From September 1999 to the summer of 2004, Ms. Carol Raffo worked for Telecordia Technologies, a communications and technology company in Piscataway NJ. As part of the Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Ms. Raffo handled many tasks crucial to the operations of the program, particularly administrative support, counseling, provider relations, and program data management. Unfortunately, Telecordia Technologies could not sustain the EAP, and Ms. Raffo ended her nearly five-year career with the company in June 2004. A few years before Carol Raffo landed a job, she started college. Ms. Raffo was a Psychology major and received her Bachelor of Arts degree in 1999, following which, Ms. Raffo continued indulging in her passion for psychology and earned her Master’s degree in 2003, graduating Summa Cum Laude for both degrees. During the holiday season, Ms. Raffo enjoys volunteering at soup kitchens and helping those less fortunate than herself. She also works with disadvantaged teenagers, as well as victims of domestic violence. In her spare time, Carol Raffo also takes pleasure in the great outdoors, going sailing, cycling, kayaking, hiking, skiing, snowshoeing, cross-country skiing, and sunbathing at the beach. Carol Raffo can also be found enjoying her leisure time reading “Pride and Prejudice,” “Of Mice and Men,” “The Da Vinci Code,” “1,000 Places You Have to See Before You Die,” and the popular “Harry Potter” books.
