Responsible for all aspects of web development and accounting, public relations, advertising, and promotions. I worked with employees and tenants toward evolving and maintaining a viable and attractive living and working environment with everything one needed under one roof. I also interacted with people around the country, who were seeking rentals in our area, via the website I operated, and maintained. Sometimes I had everything so in place via the website, that tenants could simply come by the office to pick up their keys and say hello when it was time to move in.
