I specialize in SEO. And I have core expertise in the application of emerging Intranet, portal, enterprise search and content-management technologies to solve critical business problems and knowledge-management scenarios.
Another strength is recognizing the identity/target market of a business and translating that into a visual solution which grows revenue.
Even more - I have wide experience in general business, allowing me to understand the function of programming from the end user side.
I also possess excellent copy writing and a proficient image manipulating skills (often required when clients fail to provide content for their sites), and in addition to management experience, I have nearly 15 years as a technology professional in a variety of roles. All of these give me the ability to direct complex projects from concept to fully operational status.
There is almost nothing I haven't seen and done in these years and I can bring experienced eyes to any project, large or small - they all get treated with the same care and attention.

A 600,000 sq ft building, housing a medical school, 3 law firms, a health club, a night club/restaurant, multiple retail outlets and 250 apartments. Responsible for all aspects of leasing, management, web development and accounting, as well as operations of the Waterworks Pub. I was in charge of the entire entity, including staffing, leasing, accounting, public relations, advertising, and promotions. I worked with employees and tenants toward evolving and maintaining a viable and attractive living and working environment with everything one needed under one roof. I also interacted with people around the country, who were seeking rentals in our area, via the website I operated, and maintained. Sometimes I had everything so in place via the website, that tenants could simply come by the office to pick up their keys and say hello when it was time to move in.
I also operated the Waterworks Pub, and made it second only to the BOB in sales even though it closed at 11:00, existed in a residence building with very little parking available to outsiders, no advertising and in a space essentially borrowed from a cafeteria and a hallway. I did this by making it the talk of the town. You never knew what would be happening, and the decorations were ever-changing.
