I know the Cobb County market VERY WELL, which entails the cities of Marietta in Central Cobb, Kennesaw, Acworth and Powder Springs in North Cobb and West Cobb, and Austell, Smyrna, Vinings and Mableton in South Cobb. I also specialize in Paulding County (Dallas and Hiram), Bartow (Cartersville), Douglas County (Douglasville), Carroll County (Carrollton and Villa Rica), and Cherokee County (Woodstock, Towne Lake Area, Canton, and Holly Springs).

I also help Atlanta investors find Florida vacation, rental, and investment property in the Florida Panhandle (the areas of Panama City Beach, South Walton County, Seaside, Seagrove, Santa Rosa, San Destin, Destin, Fort Walton Beach, Navarre, and Pensacola).
