Trained as a Mental Health nurse worked in acute admissions and crisis intervention.
Currently work as a caseload manager for the NHS. I also provide training for the Police with supporting people with mental distress using ideas from solution focused practice.
I also offer supervision and training to a variety of organisations.
I'm currently the National Development Officer for the UK solution focused practice association.
I also design, develop and consult in web enhanced communities of practice. That is small to medium sized organisations wanting to develop there potential using the features of web 2.0.
