  Home staging is giving a home that is ready to be put on or is already on the market, a move in ready feel. How this is achieved is by enhancing the home's curb appeal, making the home look larger, creating ambience through colors, lighting and smells, bringing attention to the home’s most appealing features, and making sure there are no physical items or issues with the home that would turn a potential buyer off.

I was a member of various networking groups including the Home Builders Association, The Women's Council of Realtors, the Manatee County Chamber of Commerce, the Manatee Chamber of Commerce Leads Group, and the American Business Women's Association. A large portion of my duties were establishing a loan portfolio for my office. The establishment of a loan portfolio included, training of my staff, marketing, and underwriting of loans. I received lending authority and successfully underwrote consumer and commercial loans. I oversaw 7 employees at one point and was also incharge of managing two offices while we transitioned one of the offices to close. I conducted teller training for a staff belonging to multiple offices.
