The major achieved goal of the joined training program was reduced downtime and costs, and better rig reliability through proper rig operation and careful initial operator diagnostic work.
-Developed and managed maintenance trades training programs, and operator training aids and process simulation projects for fourteen mines/smelters.
-Developed and managed maintenance trades training programs for twelve pulp and paper mills.
-Design and deliver troubleshooting training program for oilfield wireline rig mechanics.
-Developed OEM training and training simulations for load sense hydraulics, and delivered factory and dealer training for timber harvesting machinery manufacturer.
