-Designed full troubleshooting training program for mechanics and operator with published manuals and instructor courseware (including custom system operation simulations) for coiled tubing rigs at leading oilfield service company. The major achieved goal of the joined training program was reduced downtime and costs, and better rig reliability through proper rig operation and careful initial operator diagnostic work.

-Developed and managed maintenance trades training programs, and operator training aids and process simulation projects for fourteen mines/smelters.

-Developed and managed maintenance trades training programs for twelve pulp and paper mills.

-Design and deliver troubleshooting training program for oilfield wireline rig mechanics.

-Developed OEM training and training simulations for load sense hydraulics, and delivered factory and dealer training for timber harvesting machinery manufacturer.
