Entrepreneurial management professional with years of hands-on experience in helping to optimize business processes. I founded and am currently the COO of an Internet start up Interview on Demand, LLC [www.interview-on-demand.com] which provides online video job interview services and video career profiles.
Our mission is to dramatically improve industry hiring practices by providing an online video interviewing service so powerful and effective that our clients cannot imagine hiring without it.
We have specifically tailored product offerings for hiring managers/corporate recruiters, third party recruiters, colleges and universities, and jobseekers. We believe that the time for using video effectively in the hiring process has come, and we want to lead the charge.

Launched in January of 2008, Interview on Demand provides services focused on the hiring process - allowing hiring managers to create an unlimited database of interviews targeted for specific positions & allowing candidates to answers those interview questions by internet, using a webcam.
At the end of January we created a tool to fit the needs of universities interested in holding virtual career fairs. We have powered a fair with almost 1300 candidates and present them to over 100 participating companies.
In February we added video career profiles for use by 3rd party recruiters in marketing campaigns.
In March we added video career profiles for jobseekers. These video career profiles can be used in proactive campaigns with a jobseekers target employers of choice.

CEC Search is an executive search firm specializing in the restaurant industry. Recruiting for operations positions from the store to the boardroom. The firm also provides recruitment for corporate support personnel in all disciplines.

Carl is a principal, managing partner, chief technologist, chief support to associates.

Article was picked up by AP and ran in about 300 papers world wide. I got into a little hot water with the 'Dant over that.
