    Launched in January of 2008, Interview on Demand provides services focused on the hiring process - allowing hiring managers to create an unlimited database of interviews targeted for specific positions & allowing candidates to answers those interview questions by internet, using a webcam.

    At the end of January we created a tool to fit the needs of universities interested in holding virtual career fairs. We have powered a fair with almost 1300 candidates and present them to over 100 participating companies.

    In February we added video career profiles for use by 3rd party recruiters in marketing campaigns.

    In March we added video career profiles for jobseekers. These video career profiles can be used in proactive campaigns with a jobseekers target employers of choice.

    Invented about 5 things that had to be added to the MHP under hazing... most famous was corking up.

    Interviewed and [at McGarvey's while drinking mass quantities] quoted by Washington Post reporter (Phil Harris, most recently with CNN) in an article about class of 1980 women at Annapolis. Article was picked up by AP and ran in about 300 papers world wide. I got into a little hot water with the 'Dant over that.

    Activities and Societies:
    Editor of the Lucky Bag, qualified activity as a non-profit. Sold 100% more units than had ever been sold in history. Quadrupled advertising revenues. Left unit with operating surplus of $600K.
