I utilize an integrated approach to hands-on therapy and somatic work. My draws upon extensive training in a variety of manual therapies including CranioSacral therapy, Manual Lymphatic Drainage, Zero Balancing, Touch for Health applied kinesiology, polarity therapy, reiki, fascial release, osteopathic techniques, collard method and body wisdom.
I also have a Master's degree in counseling and 10 years experience in mental health and substance abuse. This gives me a deep understanding of the psychodynamics that may be associated with physical symptoms.
I have worked intensively with Suzanne Scurlock-Durana and her Healing from the Core and Full Body Presence work. I am available to present 1-8 hour trainings in this grounded and effective method of rejuvenating ourselves, setting healthy boundaries, and developing our own deep inner knowing.
