* Delivered a comprehensive requirements analysis for this project, assessing the needs of a wide range of clients from across Government
* Conducted usability testing with members of the public and Queensland Government customer service staff on the current website to confirm gathered requirements
* Created a set of paper-based prototype interfaces and a usability testing plan that were used by Peak Usability for usability testing with members of the public and Queensland Government customer service staff
