I am accustomed to working with speed and precision, adapting to the challenges and demands of multitasking in high stress environments. My experiences has taught me flexibility and they can easily be transferrable to virtually any Manufacturng or Production environment

Developed, supports and/or lead in Project Management taking on Program Estimating, Bids and Proposals (Make/Buy) negotiations and Production Start Ups (Design Reviews). Analyzing and planning workforce utilization, space requirements, workflow and design layout of equipment and workspace for maximum efficiency. Estimate production times, staffing requirements, and related costs.

In addition to 15 plus years experience and proficiency with advance knowledge of (GD&T) Geometric Design Tolerancing. Analyzed Digital Engineering Data via (3D CAD) via CATIA V5, building and manipulating (VPM) Virtual Product Models, creating Visual Aides and (PI's) Production Illustrations.

Have also lead and participated in Production Support roles, include but not limited to AOG, Liaison, MRB and (Root Cause) Corrective Action roles, interfacing and collaborating between engineering, planning, tooling and the production floor, eliminating and or reducing manufacturing malfunctions, due to reoccurring Non Conformances. Utilizing Lean Manufacturing /Six Sigma principles to stream line and optimize production flow and operations. I am also proficient in Tooling and Production Planning, creating or revising BOM, and sequence of operations of integrated assemblies. Also the ordering new or rework of major and minor Jigs and Fixtures.


Goals: With hopes of securing direct/permanent employment with in a viable organization, I plan to continue providing valuable experience and technical support to the Aerospace Industry as a Manufacturing Engineer
