By trade I am a CPA, however in 2004 I made a leap over to IT. I earned my MCSE 2003 and began managing the IT department for KAWG&F. I was soon promoted to Director of IT and ran the department until July of 2008.
Now, along with a partner, we run a company dedicated to outsourcing/hosting IT services for all businesses along with specializing in supporting CPA firms. Our unique background and knowledge allows us to provide service to business's and CPA firms far beyond that of any average technology provider. This background provides the foundation for bridging business with technology and technology with business. Unlike most IT professionals, we don't believe that technology should drive the business, we believe the business should drive the technology and technology should support that, not hinder it!
We are so much more than your average IT consultant. We provide services that know and understand business. We don't stop at the hardware, we can help when Prosystem doesn't work, when QuickBooks won't run the report or if ACT is slow to open. We teach our clients how to create Pivot Tables in Excel and how to use Outlook more efficiently.
My goal is to change the way businesses look at and think about technology.... to make technology a utility and remove the headaches of managing it. Stop buying hardware that just gets outdated and old.
We don't even like to call ourselves a technology company, we provide a service that just happens to include technology. However the core of our business is keeping your business online and productive.
