I am a software support specialist. My specialties are quickly learning new applications, troubleshooting, analyzing needs and recommending solutions. My strength is identifying the customer's needs and providing solutions even in many situations where solutions are not readily apparent. My aspirations lie in product management, software design, and ultimately business development. I am currently revising technical specifications for Flip, a drill and test processor I have been designing for a few years as well as an online test hosting site. You can see the specifications on my blog (www.blawblawblog.com).
