Bianca Wirth has worked for some of the world's best and biggest technology companies over the past 12 years as an IT Services Manager, Practice Leader, Senior Consultant and Government Technologist.
Being passionate about helping small business better understand technology, Bianca left the corporate world to become a Business Technology Coach and Consultant, and Technology Writer full-time.
Her company, Wirth Consulting, is dedicated to providing small-medium businesses with easy-to-understand technology advice that will help them drive more business sales, optimise their business processes and increase their number of customers. To enable this, Bianca developed the "Triple A Technology Master Plan" – Animate, Accelerate and Automate – to help businesses narrow down their technology choices, develop a business personality, develop new products and services, and save time and money by automating routine business processes – all achieved by using technology in the simplest but most effective way.
Equal to her passion for helping small business is Bianca's enthusiasm and dedication to green technology. Bianca has formal environmental qualifications (BEnvSc and Provisional Environmental Auditor) and in 2007 founded GreenITStrategy.com, a website inspiring and informing the IT industry on green IT through podcasts, eBooks, greenpapers and industry news.
Bianca also contributes as an Advisory Board Member for the non-profit initiative Computers Off, regularly speaks at events, comments on green IT to the media and has written articles for magazines on green technology.
