I was hired to answer complaint mail from those who had not received issues of their magazine. Within six months, this was cleared up and automated. I then moved to handle the backlog of merchandise orders from the magazine. Within three months this was cleared up and automated. I was asked to clean the subscription list of 250,000 next in order to eliminate duplicates and guarantee the success of earlier assignments. At the end of a year, I was off to India for a year. You should be so lucky.
