Burçak Çubukçu’s Summary

I have been working for Cement Industry Employers’ Association since 1991. I was the Deputy Secretary General for more than 6 years in the same organization. My responsibilities were the Human Resource Management Relations Organizer, Collective Bargaining Agreement Negotiator, and Labor Cost - Wage Statistics analyst. I am very experienced in job discretion and performance assessment, account audits, executive board paper works, web site management, building and staff management, periodic and books publishing.
I have a master degree in job discretion. I worked in implementing job discretion, trained and remotely supported related personnel in the Turkish Cement Sector.
I have worked in the preparation stage of performance assessments in the Cement Sector in Turkey even though somewhat not applied to the member companies because of our association’s executive board decision. I represented Cement Sector and Employers’ Association in many areas including Minimum Wage Commission, Turkey’s Development Plan Commissions.
I prepared and managed EU supported Leonardo da Vinci “B” type Project CEMTINET (http://www.cemtinet.org) on vocational training purpose.
