Responsibilities:

Coordinating all the activities of the Human Resources department and active participation in the activities of the Board of Executives:
- job description creation
- creating and guiding the specialization process
- recruitment and selection
- active participation in the decisions of the Board of Executives
- integration of the new members
- transmitting the organizational culture to the members
- leading the HR departments' meetings
- setting up a mentoring and coaching system
- providing relevant training

- facilitation of the inter-departmental communication

Major accomplishments:
- Creating relevant job descriptions for members based on the actual responsibilities and organizations’ values.

Electrical Engineering STudents' European assoCiation is an apolitical, non-governmental and non-profit organization which targets and trains through it’s activities students from electrical profile Universities, Institutes and Technical Schools in Europe.

I was participant at two workshops abroad:
- Get Mobile 2006, organized by Eestec LC Istanbul, concerning
the future of mobile communication
- ELVER 2007 ( Electrical Vehicles and Robotics ), organized by
Eestec LC Istanbul, concerning robotics and electrical vehicles.

As organizer of the "Home, Smart Home 2006" workshop in Bucharest,
i took care of the foreign participants.

I also made fund raising for the Eestec Chairperson Meeting and took part in the organization of Eestec Olympics, a 24-hour marathon programming contest.

As part of the Human Resources department, i organized the recruiting and selection of new members in October 2007 and i set up a motivation program called Eestec Junior Cup.
