-2.5 years experience developing Operational Concepts, defining Capability and System Requirements, and integrating architectures for various clients that build unmanned aircraft and weapon systems using DoDAF products and other system architecture views and related information supporting the JCIDS process.
-Experienced at both interacting with and advising upper management at the General Officer/Senior Executive Service (SES) level and interfacing with customers. I have personally briefed SES/DB Directors with Aviation Missile Research and Development Command (AMRDEC), Army G-2, PEO-Missile and Space, and PEO-Intelligence, Electronic Warfare, and Systems (PEO-IEW&S). I have worked on proposals for both the Small Business Innovative Research (SBIR) program and Science Technology Transfer (STTR) programs.
-20 Years experience in the US Army as an AH-64 Aviator.
-Wrote “The AH-64A vs. North Korea”, a definitive EW analysis of the North Korean threat, its strengths, and weaknesses as compared to the Apache attack helicopter's ASE equipment along with recommended tactics, techniques, and procedures.
-6th Cavalry Tactical Upgrade - $217,000. I managed the selection and purchase of $99,000 of computer hardware to include, laptops, high-end workstations, displays, high performance switches, and other IT hardware/software to support a network upgrade of the Brigade Headquarters.
