I'm a member of the User Experience Team at Microsoft Dynamics in Redmond Washington where I will be part of the team designing future releases of the Dynamics ERP solutions.
As the Director of User Experience Design for Navantis Inc. an award-winning IT professional services firm in Toronto, ON. I architecting online presences and internal software applications for corporations, government and charities since 1996. Organizations like: Microsoft, CIBC, Honda Canada, MSN Sympatico, the Canadian National Institute for the Blind, Magna Entertainment Inc., the City of Hamilton, the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation, the Toronto Stock Exchange, and the Canadian Olympic Commission.

I was responsible for the Navantis User Interface division, managing developers and coordinating their schedules. I was actively involved with the creation of strategies that we pitch to clients, bringing to the table the skills that I have acquired. I communicated with clients and vendors to ensure that projects progress smoothly. I trained junior developers in the best practices that I have learned. My duties also included interface and navigation layout, information architecture, usability and accessibility consulting, project management, as well as the design and production of Content Management and Knowledge management systems.
