Structured Trade Credit considers insuring of medium-term, single-buyer, structured trade transactions. Typical underlying transactions include pre-export finance deals, open account payment, L/C confirmation, and loans to emerging market banks for trade finance purposes. There must be cross-border exposure between counterparties. Tenor can run to five years, and in the case of pre-shipment periods we can support up to two years.
