I've been exposed to many different types of manufacturing processes early on in my career: web converting, CNC machining and fabrication, consumer goods manufacturing, and design work for NASA prototypes. My well rounded experience has been channeled into a career focused on lifelong continuous improvement at a personal, professional and business level using lean manufacturing principles.
My short term career goal at this point is to lead the creation of a true problem solving organization that will is built on continuous improvement principles.
My long term career goal is to to distill modern management theory for supervisors, mid-level managers, educators, consultants, etc., so that sure-fire methods of managing continuous improvement can be easily adopted and implemented throughout the nation.
