I've been exposed to many different types of manufacturing processes early on in my career: web converting, CNC machining and fabrication, consumer goods manufacturing, and design work for NASA prototypes. My well rounded experience has been channeled into a career focused on lifelong continuous improvement at a personal, professional and business level using lean manufacturing principles.
My short term career goal at this point is to find an opportunity where I can assist in creating a true problem solving organization that will be built on continuous improvement, using Toyota Production System and Training Within Industry principles.
My long term career goal is to to distill modern management theory for supervisors, mid-level managers, educators, consultants, etc., so that sure-fire methods of managing continuous improvement can be easily adopted and implemented throughout the nation.
