The Brussels Enterprise Agency’s mission is to be the “leading public contact entity” for business people (entrepreneurs, company founders, firms, SMEs, the self-employed and foreign investors) in the Brussels Capital Region. The BEA is a business portal in Brussels. It offers companies a one-stop shop for all of the information they need on setting up or exercising an economic or innovative activity in the Brussels Capital Region. Based on an analysis of a company’s position and armed with its excellent knowledge of public and private institutions, BEA identifies the service sought or the information desired and guides the entrepreneur to the institution or partner that is best placed to help the entrepreneur to consolidate his project. In this sense, BEA acts as a platform to other Brussels institutions.

HDP is a very nice service company based in Ghent (Flanders). It is providing social services for employers: calculating and paying salaries, medical checks, collecting social security payment from affiliated companies. After it was bought by P&V Insurance, I've been in charge of the cross-selling and the synergy as Senior Consultant. With the help of Mc Kinsey we set up a cross selling strategy and I was in charge of the evaluation, implementation and follow-up of cross selling and synergy. To support synergy and attract new customer I created for HDP a front-line for starting business. This approach was materialized by the creation of 4 centers for new businesses. I was responsible for the launching of those centers: business plan, selecting talents, launching.
