- The time frame is very short for a delivery to Vodafone.
- I had to take from 6 years of projects history and move forward under pressure.
- Maven was new to me and not so friendly, when you have little time to learn it.
- other techno are EJB, JMS, Web Services, NetBeans, Glassfish
SUN puts some pressure, but gives means to deliver as well : good laptop and nice people there.

In the LocalSearch team (about 10 persons), I am in charge of the API that allow other Yahoo components to query our listings (sort of Yellow Pages).
- It requires a lot of communication, since the project involves many teams geographically distributed (London, Califonia, India), to make things happen.
- Conception/documentation (UML), development (PHP5) and packaging of new features.
- Debug "historical" code developed by Californian and then Korean.
The evironment is Linux, BSD, Eclipse, CVS, Bugzilla.

Responsible for integrating the different parts of a complex web site. The French Geoportail has big constraints on performance and availability. I had to make the e-commerce and GIS parts communicates and share the same web page, as well as managing the infrastructure for production and development. It is a mix of differents techno such as Postgresql, MySQL, IIS, Apache, Tomcat, Linux, Subversion, PHP.
I also managed to automate some tests with Selenium.

C2H was a start-up, about 15 persons with lot of energy and freedom.
I manage to develop alone or with teams up to 7 persons a lot of web site and intranet for NSI-TECHNO, PIXEL-DISCOUNT, SCHLUMBERGER, Adecco, Leader, Boiron, Visitimmo, PSI, Tourinter, Credit-Lyonnais.
I used a lot of languages : SQL, PHP, JAVA, JSP, ASP, Javascript, CSS, XML, XSLT, DTD, bash scripts ... dealing with different environment : MySQL, Postgresql, SQL Server, IIS, Apache, Linux, Windows.
I did my best to use theses technologies to meet the client expectations while maintaining good practices and quality of work.
