Bruce McIntyre’s Summary

I hold a BS in Industrial Design from The Art Center College of Design. I was a partner for 10 years with Marcune Assoc. Industrial Design focused on machine design, product design.

I then opened my own firm, McIntyre Designs, Inc., where I developed designs for computers, medical devices, and consumer products. During this time, I developed electronic displays for many purposes, developed automatic machinery, and began general application development.

I developed Distribution accounting systems, machine control systems, Insurance systems over several years until the early '90s.

At QAD, I originated several positions, including Open Applications Board member (OAGIS), Technical Consulting, Technical Customer Support, Customer customizations, Key Account pre-sales technical Support, and Technical Competitive Product Analysis.

Currently I am the CTO with ISS Group, which provides applications and services in Supply Chain Management, and Customer Relationship Management. We offer eBusiness web-based development and integration tools to extend ERP systems, and are Gold certified partners with Microsoft.

My current role is to provide technology vision, high-level technical support and consulting to our sales staff, support the Marketing group, and do Business development and Partner Development.
