Four Groups have developed a new process that enables managers and executives to understand the link between behaviour and performance in the workplace. Combining a new model of behaviour and software, it is now possible to quantify and predict the effect people and teams have on performance.
Organisations are now able to optimise their human capital, improve performance and achieve success through their people.

The purpose of the Fit Forum is simple. It exists to provide a space a for conversations and dialogue about Human Fit in all its varied forms.
As a starting point, we see the following as categories of fit, and we are open to the list being added to.
* Cultural
* Organisational
* Interpersonal
* Management style
* Person & environment
The key factor is that all of these emerge from the individual lived experience of one person with one or more other people and/or the environment. In other words, Human Fit is relational.
Who is it for?
Practitioners, researchers and anyone in between. Professionals in the world of business who have an interest in the territory, whether from a management, HR, change management or other perspective are all welcome.
I co-founded The Fit Forum with Steve Hearsum of Deboxing.

Writing in Jan 09, I've just started to experiment with a digg.com clone aroud leadership called Dig for Leadership! I started the site for three reasons; 1. Trying to keep up with all the great conversations. It is hard to keep up with and find the all the different topics and sources that are relevant to leadership in one place (e.g. strategy, psychology, intangibles, hr, organisations, culture and so on). 2. People are better than computers when it comes to editing. I hoping that by having people submit stories, comment and vote on them, that this will help create better and more relevant information for everyone. 3. I am interested in changes in media, news, group dynamics, culture, open innovation, crowd sourcing and collaboration and the site seems like an interesting way to combine all of this. Out of work, I'm more than partial to; music (dnb), football (LFC), cooking (sea food, shellfish, rare steaks) and single malts, amongst other things :-)
