I joined Egret in 2008 as an Executive Recruiter recruiting for electrical manufacturers that include but are not limited to the lighting, wire & cable and fire & life safety products, as well as consulting engineering & design firms. I have over 5 years of sales/sales management experience in the performance training industry and was manager of a leading developer of financial institution training regimens. I hold a BS in Psychology from the University of Illinois.
