Serve as a reference and computer help desk resource during the academic year.

On call for media related problems. Readily provide such assistance (whether on call or not), frequently remaining after hours to assist faculty or students who need help.

Assist proctoring College Success Seminar computer instruction.

Provided guidance to Multimedia Production class regarding proper methods of requesting media equipment and room reservations.

Serve as the person primarily responsible for maintenance and implementation of the media equipment reservation system. Oversee students in implementation of the reservation system, amounting to 575 reservations throughout the fiscal year.

Liaison to the Natural Sciences Division and its component departments as well as being liaison to the Communication and Digital Media department. Attend CDM departmental meetings when invited.

Currently engaged in a literature review with Dr. Christine Rener in pursuit of a grant for funding of a research proposal.
