    Union Station Hotel. Nashville's Union Train Station had become a neglected historic building when it was boarded up in the 70’s. A group of investors acquired the structure in 1985. I researched archives, participated in drawing the construction documents for the stabilization of the structure and then our team designed and observed the construction for the rehabilitation project that converted the train station into a hotel. This project brought the structure to its former glory when it was opened in the 1890’s.
