I combine an inherent understanding of psychology and style with a knack for making a daunting task seem easy. Managed a 2-person department, offering creative direction and expertise for communication, visibility, branding, and graphic design projects for the university. Developed comprehensive marketing/communications plans for academic programs in order to increase enrollment and visibility. The recruitment campaign that we implemented in 2005/2006 resulted in a 12% increase in applications to the university. Also responsible for managing the CGU website, and successfully leading a major redesign of the site in 2006.
