THE PAST

In early 1990's, Brian began as a Staffing Account Executive and Recruiter and work for several staffing and IT consulting companies. Along the journey he was promoted into sales/recruiting manager roles. In the mid 1990's, he founded three companies, Recruiters Network, LocalCareers.com and SalesResources.com.

Recruiters Network, The Association for Internet Recruiting, is one of the leading recruiting portals. The Association offers a complete recruiting resource directory including an online forum, weekly newsletter, recruiting articles and tips, a directory of career sites.

LocalCareers.com, Inc. comprised of a network of regional based and industry niche career sites, including WisconsinJobs.com, MissouriJobs.com, ArizonaJobs.com, MichiganJobs.com, TexasJobs.com, CaliforniaJobs.com, Jobs4HR.com, etc. In 2007, LocalCareers.com was acquired by Jobing.com. From 2007-2009 Brian ran the Wisconsin sales office.

SalesResources.com is a portal site for sales professionals featuring sales articles, newsletters and video.

WRITING/SPEAKING

Brian has been a speaker at many National Recruiting Conferences and a featured columnist in publications like (SHRM) Society for Human Resource Management, American Staffing Association (ASA), HR Today, HR News, and others.

In addition, I have written golf related articles for GolfTrips.com, Midwest Golfing Magazine, Milwaukee Key Magazine, etc.
