I help small and mid-size service and retail companies rev up their online sales. I teach them how to do it themselves or my companies will do the work and reporting.
I help companies generate more qualified sales leads and convert those leads (or website visitors) into sales. I measure everything at systematic intervals and provide analysis for corrective actions. I test marketing approaches to find out what works best and am expert at strategies and tactics to increase lifetime customer value.
I’m driven by the need to discover why people do what they do, which explains my passion for marketing and sales.
Recognizing the importance the internet would play in life, marketing and selling, I received lots of professional certifications and training about internet marketing. I am a certified eMarketing specialist by the eMarketing Association. I am certified in paid search by Google, Yahoo and MEC Labs. I am certified in online testing and have taken advanced studies in web analytics.
Every week thousands of professionals listen to my radio show about internet marketing best practices. It’s carried on the internet’s largest talk radio station and distributed free in podcast formats on iTunes and from my show’s website, which is listed on my profile.
Speaking and teaching at conventions and trade shows about internet marketing and business growth best practices is one of my favorite things to do. I speak for associations such as SEMA, Retail Service Providers Association, AIIM and more, trade shows such as ISC West and Online Market World and for companies such as Kodak and Hue and Cry.
I’ve had complete profit-loss responsibility for several privately held companies. I’ve also had complete responsibility for the Western U.S. for the life safety division of Siemens. Three salespeople received “Rookie-of-the-Year awards under my direction and I’ve personally trained numerous award winning salespeople.
