Attorney serving online communities & associations
Greater Minneapolis-St. Paul Area
As a lawyer, I focus much of my work on e-commerce, databases, web branding issues, and rule-making for online communities. As a consultant, I provide strategy, operations, and marketing consulting in the residential real estate vertical (particularly to MLSs, associations, and brokers).
I live and work in downtown Minneapolis (though my clients are scattered all over the U.S. and Canada).
I have taught part-time at the University of Minnesota Law School since 2004. I chair the American Bar Association - Intellectual Property Law Section's Databases and E-commerce Committee and also sit on the Section's Annual Report Board.

The law of most states does not permit lawyers to claim specialties, absent certain circumstances. The use of the word "specialties" is by LinkedIn and does not reflect any claim by me to be a "specialist" in any of these legal areas.)
