As CEO of First Network Communications, Inc, I grew a sales force in excess of 30,000 independent agents within the first twelve months of the birth of the company. We were the largest originator of operator services on public payphones in the country in the late 1990’s. We successfully built and subsequently sold a switch less reseller of both commercial and residential long distance. In addition, I built a large network marketing organization with Excel Telecommunications and was recognized as a top 40 income earner, out of over 1.5 million representatives representing the company. In the year 2000, I was recognized as the "Leader of the Year" which was voted on by the Excel rep base and awarded only once per year. I have enjoyed recognition within the direct sales industry publications as a leading innovator, motivator and trainer in direct selling after having trained well over a half a million representatives in Excel and other companies
