Since entering the search business in the late 90's I've dedicated myself to working with companies around the globe assemble top-shelf teams.
I love what I do. I'm excited by the challenge that accompanies difficult time-sensitive searches. I enjoy helping companies gain advantage via the people they hire and retain.
I've worked with a wide spectrum of clients from Fortune 500's to start-ups.
With over a decade of search experience my network is both wide and deep. The vast majority of the folks I work with are happy in their current role but are open to consider an opportunity IF it's compelling.
I'm tactfully candid - I'll tell you what you NEED to hear versus what you may WANT to hear. Whatever the circumstance you can be confident that you will get the straight scoop.
