I've been litigating cases for 13 years. In that time, I've been fortunate enough to practice in state and federal courts across the country. I've tried to a verdict a national class action case and I've also represented a man who claimed someone stole his deer stand (and won the case) -- point being, I've learned to check my ego at the office door. People need help whether they've been seriously injured by a defective drug or someone has stolen their deer stand. Hokey? Maybe, but true. I sincerely believe in helping those in need as best I can.
The states in which I'm licensed (MS & TN) do not allow me to claim "expertise" in a particular area of the law. However, I've spent my career litigating pharmaceutical/medical device litigation, consumer and antitrust class actions, predatory lending, consumer statute cases, e.g., Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and Fair and Accurate Credit Transactions Act, etc. I also have handled domestic law cases and am starting a criminal defense practice.
