• Started as a Systems Analyst, promoted to Administrator, Engineer and then Manager.
• Responsible for planning and implementing a centralized network for 31 locations with redundant routing over MPLS and ISP networks. Resource centralization is being implemented using Windows AD, MSSQL, Terminal Servers and Exchange. Each station network is being reworked to enable full routing in the cloud.
• Transitioned the web environment from single servers to a load balanced farm. A MySQL Master-Master database was configured with read only slaves along with implementation of centralized storage, redundant web servers and an F5 load balancer.
• Moved the corporate data center and re-architected its design to implement fault tolerance.
• Developed new Fedora video encoder platform and remotely implemented migrations in 30 locations. -

• Created a design plan and cost analysis to expand the existing network using coax, encrypted wireless links and fiber cabling.
