In conjunction with the WorldBank InfoDev program, BTI developed information and management systems for use in incubators throughout Africa and an African Business and Technology Incubator Network (regional and continental) to link all business incubators in Africa to each other and to the rest of the globe.
Rated as one the most successful business incubation organizations in Africa.
BTI merged with SoftStart Incubator in Pretoria, South Africa on April 1st, 2006, to form the largest business incubator in South Africa.
