Brian Rezach is a 20-year marketing management pro in IT and health care. Past positions include Nat'l Mtkg Mgr of Sony Corp's PC Division and Director in Scientific-Atlanta's (now Cisco) Telco Division. Founder of Software Information Systems, Inc. (The Program Finder service - on-line database - i.e., “website before the web”). He has also been an outside Board of Directors member at Castle Hill Partners, Midland Food Services and WCA Healthcorp.

In 2003/2004, he founded Legacy Care, Inc. (www.l-care.com), a licensed Home Health Services company in NJ. Over a six year period, as President- CEO, he provided marketing, business planning, HR, processes and IT for rapid growth during that period. At the end of 2008, Rezach sold his majority interest in Legacy Care and is in the process of forming a similar organization in the same industry space – Family Helpers, Inc.

In 2007/2008, he has taken on "ePedigree", a pharmaceutical initiative. He represents a large pharmaceutical company, in gov./ind/trade relations, for ePedigree and serialization, foreign inspections and technology (RFID / 2D).

As Managing Partner of OmniMedia Associates, Brian does business planning, launch and marketing mgmt for “triple play” or television deployments at I-LECs, utilities & other orgs. This leverages bus. analysis, tech skills, strategic & tactical mktg - as well as tall aspects of revenue generation and subscriber acquisition and retention. Brian worked on e-business strategy and microsites for SES Americom, ran mktg project management with Audible and was (outsourced) VP Marketing for Lawyerlinks and was VP Sales & Marketing for SummitQwest, a mid-sized professional services company.

The common threads that run through his career are creative innovation and adaptability. His specialty is creating, launching and running businesses from technology applications.
