Currently completing my dissertation as a visiting researcher at Case Western University in Cleveland, OH.
As a 4th year doctoral student, research and work with small and medium-sized business to research, analyze, and innovate business processes. Dissertation work is focused on sales process innovation. Additional work is with digitally-enabled minority business networks.
As a consultant, managed project planning and business process mapping on large PeopleSoft 8.0 implementation in Angers, France with over 80 resources at multiple European locations. Also: Conducted workshops, created business requirements deliverables, and presented recommendations to senior and director level management for Oracle Financials Release 11 and GEAC Smartstream implementations.
As a quality system manager, planned and led a manufacturing facility's development and implementation of ISO 9000-based quality system and received quality system certification only 12 months after inception. Supervised a production shift of 16 manufacturing employees.
