From there, moving into Business Development and Account Management within the recruiting industry. I have been consistently ranked a top performer in cold calling, breaking into new accounts, and forging strong and lasting relationships. I have a blended background of RPO, Executive Search Agency, and Corporate experience that has allowed me to gain in-depth knowledge of the recruiting lifecycle and organizational needs and better align myself as a true strategic staffing partner.

In the past, I have successfully built a contract staffing practice with a top ranked MRI office to include implementing back office procedures, new client development, and full lifecycle candidate management.
