Brad Szollose is a successful entrepreneur with 30 years of business, & start-up experience. At the age of 16 he started his first company and began his journey of understanding leadership. Brad's fourth company, K2 Design, raised over 7 million dollars in private placement and an Initial Public Offering, (IPO) and became the first Dot Com company to go public in Silicon Alley in the mid 90s. Brad served on K2's Board of Directors from 1996 to 2001.
Brad is also an award winning leadership expert and professional speaker who shows executives and entrepreneurs how to cope with running a business in the 21st Century.

Brad created the brand identity for several start-up companies, and through Richard Carey's company, Intermagica, created the transactional websites for these same brands. Several of their most successful launches: epromos.com and fabricdirect.com.

Co-Founded K2 - the first Dot Com to go public. First founded as a Design Firm in 1993 with Douglas Cleek. Repositioned as an Interactive Agency in 1994 and added David Centner as CEO and Matthew DeGanon as president and chairman.
After private placement, K2 was able to expand from 16 to a work force of over 60. This hyper-growth positioned K2 as an industry leader, (along side such names as DoubleClick, Razorfish and Agency.com). K2 went public in 1996 with an Initial Public Offering (IPO) on NASDAQ, raising over $6 million in public monies and over $1 million in private placement. K2 experienced 425% growth for 5 straight years.
Brad became the Brand Manager and Creative Director for K2's public and investor image.
Brad sat on the K2 Board of Director's from 1996 to 2001.
