Real Estate, Technology, and Community are my passions.
I started a boutique real estate brokerage in 2005 with six agents and have grown Maxsell Real Estate to 26 agents all across North Atlanta.
I also founded REtechSouth, the southeast's largest real estate technology event, as a way to share my passions with the larger real estate community. Over 500 industry leaders attend the event each spring to learn how technology is changing our industry and how best to utilize the new tools available.
I believe communities of people are the most powerful and valuable force in our world. Whether it's the local community we live, work, and play in or an online community based on common interests - communities can raise the water level so all boats float and can reach their intended harbors. I'm always working to add more water to help others reach their destinations within my communities.

Covering strategies to leverage social media's power to build your company, product, brand, service, etc.

REtechSouth is the southeast's premiere real estate technology conference. Every spring the brightest minds in the real estate industry gather in Atlanta to discuss the technological changes in the industry and share strategies for best utilization of these new tools. Real estate software companies launch new products and services, Realtors network and share best practices, and speakers share tips and ideas for improving the industry.
Serve as organizer, vision leader, talent recruiter and business planner for a real estate conference attended by over 500 industry leaders each spring.

Serve on the Executive Committee as President-Elect of our local Realtor association. Designed and implemented the association's website (http://caor.info) as well as setup the Google Apps system to manage emails and share documents among the staff of the association. Also serve as Chairman of the Commercial Council for and organize quarterly council meetings.
