Writing/Testing
Greater Denver Area
In a career that includes communication, engineering, educational research, and business management, I have developed a deep understanding of what it takes for an organization to survive and thrive.
Since 2003, I have been studying the need for new consumption patterns and development of renewable resources to deal with the twin threats of critical resource depletion and environmental degradation.
I am currently looking for opportunities to use my communication skills and ability to research, analyze, and troubleshoot complex systems, ideally in the creation of an ecologically and socially responsible economy. This may translate into such job descriptions as technical writing, business analysis, or test engineering, with other options to be considered.
Much of my technical writing experience is with software life cycle and user help systems as an editor and a writer.
As a test engineer, I worked with microwave radar antennas and small telecommunications equipment. I am currently doing test engineering for weather radar equipment (in a dual role as a technical writer).
In educational research and tutoring, my focus was on remedial math and science for grades K-12, teaching intuitive learning through synthesis.
