Executive Vice President; Chief Operations Officer
Charlotte, North Carolina Area
I have worked in youth sports, banking, accounting and finance, retail and in home sales. My experiences range from management to accounting and everything in between.
Currently I am a partner and Executive Vice President; COO for a company that specializes in software for local municipalities. Responsibilities include establishing all operational procedures and all financial aspects of the company.
I have been used in several consulting roles to help establish a strong foundation for growth for start-up companies. Also I have worked as a controller for two small companies and I received a first hand education on how to run a small business. I have seen what can make a company thrive as well as well as what to avoid.
Many years in a management capacity of both full-time and part-time employees as well as volunteers and several years in a financial capacity.
