Experienced Agile Delivery Leader
Greater Seattle Area
My professional experience in the IT world includes a lot of work in a wide range of industries, so I know how IT and business gets done in each of them -- finance, lead generation, consulting, health care, automotive, foodservice, manufacturing, publishing, direct response marketing, real estate, finance, entertainment, and others.
For over 10 years, I have been learning, mastering, teaching, managing, and executing on Agile software development. This includes Scrum project management, Extreme Programming, and more recently Lean software development and Behavior-Driven Development (human-readable and machine-executable specifications).
I also have lots of experience in building offshore development teams, and integrating them with onshore development.
My goal is always to see "how high is high" with respect to business process optimization, business intelligence, and business results.
