As Information Architect for the DigitalDNA website, I interfaced with the creative, content, intelligence and web hosting teams to specify architecture of the site and assure that user experience met the highest standards. In my tenure at Motorola, I worked on several intranet efforts as well as other external web sites, which included the specification and information architecture of content for the Motorola semiconductor website. I lead a redesign and consolidation effort for this site, which included in-house development of a content management system, style guidelines and web application development in the areas of customer response and quality. In addition, I also worked on the first customer response system (PureDDTS) integrated with our website to track bugs in Motorola's Wireless development software. This system incorporated autoresponse, workflow, customer data and case management. Later I worked on migrating this system to our Siebel/Websphere implementation.
