Managing sales people in two states and multiple locations, for US Sprint Communications Company, I was spending a significant amount of time assisting my team with personal issues, in order to help them produce more effectively on the job. This season of sales management is where the genesis for Corporate Care was born.
I combined my passion for business, and my history for serving others while in ministry, and formed Corporate Care, Inc. in 1987. My dream was the blending of biblical wisdom and marketplace excellence. We began encouraging the lives of employees, while impacting bottom line results. We have been able to add hundreds of thousands of dollars to the bottom line of many of our clients.
Significant financial results, 14% higher productivity, 21% reduced absenteeism, and improving employee morale have become the benchmarks, of our innovative 21st Century employee assistance program. Corporate chaplaincy provides an employer the opportunity to connect with employees through an onsite, qualified chaplain who has everyone’s best interest at heart. Corporate chaplaincy is all about building relationships that benefit employees and employers. Chaplains connect with employees where they work, providing encouragement and support. Chaplains become an extension of the employer’s care. They connect employees with resources that help employees deal with whatever life brings their way. Chaplains also come alongside business owners to provide support and encouragement. Our aim is to help a team grow in effectiveness while bringing great benefit to the workplace and the employer.

I directed the dealership of 6 to 8 sales professionals with a budget of over 2.3 million in sales revenue. I managed the team by weekly team sales meetings, one on one individual meetings, sales forecasting, Compass CRM software, sales training classes, product knowledge training, and sales recognition programs. I provided all necessary tools for selling small, medium and large commercial accounts with office document solutions of both hardware and software for imaging, printing, and copying. I also assisted in the over-all marketing plan of the company by performing vertical market data researches based on industry changes in the marketplace. I reported to President of the company weekly forecasts, sales results, activity levels, and budget variances. I have helped grow the dealership from 7.1 million in revenue to over 11.6 million in revenue during my tenure.
