Eaton Consulting Group (now known as Aperian Global) is an international consulting and training firm that focuses on helping companies work effectively across cultures.
In this position, I researched and wrote training manuals about the business cultures of more than 70 countries. These materials have been used in trainings with a broad range of international clients, including Dell, Sony, Coca-Cola, Reebok, L.L. Bean, Bechtel, LEGO, and Wal-Mart.
I also did some work as a trainer, conducting cross-cultural workshops for executives and their families who were being relocated overseas.
