Bob Michel has over 24 years of project and operations leadership experience. Project management experience includes mining project management, multi-million dollar cost savings implementations, successful manufacturing plant startup, plant reorganizations, strategic planning, and strategy deployment. Bob successfully led numerous lean/six sigma problem solving efforts. He also has extensive 8-D (8-Discipline) problem solving expertise.
