Redesigned and reformatted the newspaper from a traditional broadsheet to a tabloid. Brought the project in under budget and on time (4 months —something of an industry record). The project resulted in an immediate circulation growth of about 30%. The paper is still a tabloid and currently enjoys a circulation well more than double it’s pre–redesign numbers.

Worked as a visual designer and information architect on web projects for a diverse set of clients including Discovery Channel, Newsweek.com, MSNBC.com, AOL and HBO.com. Served as lead on two notable projects:
— Elance
Lead Interaction Designer: Created many of the interaction design protocols still in use by this popular freelance job search engine.
— The Planet Project
Lead Interaction Designer: “The Planet Project: Your Voice Your World”, was the largest real time online poll in Internet history. The 8-language web site was visited by 1.6 million people from 241 countries who answered more than 28 million questions. Underwritten by 3-Com and Palm, and executed by Harris Interactive, the project generated 781 million media impressions worldwide.
